• Message Content: correspondence with AI consultant, text from contact form

• UTM Tags of advertising campaigns for analytics

• To improve the AI consultant's performance (anonymous dialogue analysis)

4. Where Data is Stored

Contact data is transferred to our customer management system Bitrix24 (servers in the Russian Federation) immediately after receipt. Anonymized texts of dialogues with the AI consultant may be stored on our technical servers for service improvement purposes.

All transfers are protected by HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Retention Period

Contact data is stored for the duration of the client relationship and up to 5 years after the last interaction. Upon your request, we will delete the data earlier.

• Withdraw consent for processing
• File a complaint with Roskomnadzor
