User Agreement

Effective from April 30, 2026

1. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the terms of use of the website helloflowframe.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and the services of the FlowFrame project.

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What We Offer

The Site provides:

Information about FlowFrame's business process automation services
The ability to submit a request through forms and an AI consultant
Educational materials in the blog
A demo AI chat for discussing automation tasks

All materials are for informational purposes and are not a public offer.

3. Use of the AI Consultant

The AI consultant on the site is an automated service based on neural networks that:

Helps understand how we can solve your task
Transfers your contact details to our team upon your request
Does not replace consultation with a real specialist — exact terms of work are agreed upon during a call

Responses from the AI consultant may contain inaccuracies. Final service terms are determined in an individual contract.

4. Your Obligations

By using the Site, you agree to:

Not attempt to hack or disrupt the Site's operation
Not use data from the Site for spamming or attacks
Not impersonate another person when filling out forms
Not copy Site materials without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site (texts, design, logo, mascot monkey, code) belong to FlowFrame. Use of materials without consent is prohibited.

Quoting with source attribution and an active link is permissible.

6. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". FlowFrame is not liable for:

Temporary service unavailability due to technical reasons
Accuracy of AI consultant responses in non-standard situations
Actions of third parties (e.g., if you share a link)

Services under the contract are governed by a separate agreement between the parties.

7. Paid Services

The Site itself is free. Paid services (CRM implementation, AI agent development, etc.) are provided based on a separate contract concluded after consultation.

Cost, terms, and conditions of services are determined individually.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to change this agreement. The current version is always available at helloflowframe.com/terms. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the new version.

9. Governing Law

The agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the law.
