2 The system automatically generates an Invoice or Contract, inserting the current client details and deal conditions.
3 Immediately after creation, an approval cycle is launched with the company's manager.
4 The manager instantly receives a notification and can review the document via a direct link or open the file in Word format.
5 After approval, the initiator receives a notification and sends the finalized document to the client. All approved files are automatically saved in a special "Documents" list within the deal.
