How to Sell Must-Have Products: Marketing Automation & Building a Content Factory

How to Sell Products Everyone is Talking About: Marketing Automation — Creating a Content Factory
The client has thousands of products in stock but no time to write about each one. We created a system that autonomously finds "hype" issues on forums, matches them with products from the price list, and publishes content to 7 social networks simultaneously.
Problem
An online auto parts store (or any other product business). The assortment is vast: filters, oils, parts. There's no one to handle content marketing.
The owner understands: to sell, you need to address the clients' "pain points". For example, instead of just writing "Buy filter X", write "Why filter Y breaks in the cold and how to prevent it". But monitoring forums like Drive2 or Auto.ru and writing articles manually is a job for a whole marketing department, which doesn't exist.
Create a "Content Factory" that will independently study the market, find current issues people face, link them with products from the price list, and generate expert content (Text + Photo + Video) with minimal human involvement.
Solution: Content Factory
We built a system where the owner doesn't need to master complex admin panels. The entire control panel is in a familiar Google Sheet.
1 Database (Warehouse). We uploaded the client's product list (names, SKUs, product photos) into a Google Sheet. This is the "foundation" from which the neural network draws product information.

2 Analyst-Parser (Intelligence). The system autonomously "goes" online. It scans forums (Drive2, Auto.ru, etc.) and searches for hot discussions related to products from the database.
Example: The system notices that people are massively complaining about defective oil filters of a certain brand in winter.
Forum Parsing → Identifying "Pain" (Defect/Breakdown) → Finding a Solution (Product from our database) → Generating article topic.
3 Content Generation (Production). Based on the identified "pain", AI writes an expert article. Simultaneously, the neural network creates a unique cover for the post, and for video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) a script is generated and a video is assembled.
4 Control Panel (Google Sheet). The most important stage. The client opens the Google Sheet and sees new rows.
- Ready article (Zen/Social Networks)
- Generated photo
- Video (Shorts)
- Status: "Under Review"
Here, the owner can manually enter their own topic if they want to talk about something specific. The system will pick it up and make a post.

5 Publication (Logistics). The client simply needs to check a box or select the "Publish" status. Within a minute, the content is distributed across all channels:
